By using cleangrave.co, you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.
We provide professional gravesite cleaning services, including (but not limited to) headstone washing, flower/decoration removal or replacement, and site tidying. All services are rendered with care and respect for the deceased and the cemetery grounds.
While we take every precaution to protect the site and its surroundings, we are not responsible for:
By requesting our service, you agree to waive all rights to litigation, claims, or disputes against cleangrave.co for any direct or incidental damage that may occur during or after service.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 6 hours of service completion to request a refund.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the gravesite and providing any necessary permissions. We comply with all cemetery rules, and if denied access by cemetery management, the Customer will be notified.
By placing an order or scheduling service, the Customer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
All service orders must be made by a direct family member of the deceased (e.g., spouse, parent, child, or sibling).
cleangrave.co is not legally responsible for verifying the identity or relationship of the person placing the order. If someone other than a direct family member places an order, they do so at their own legal risk, and we are not liable for any claims or disputes that may result. CleanGrave.Co is owned by Downsly LLC. Downsly LLC assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or incident arising from the use of this service.
We reserve the right to update our terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Some of the photos on our website are enhaced with ai. Continued use of our service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
